• Investment returns, market fluctuations, and other data in the game are fictional
• Game content does not constitute any financial, investment, or legal advice

1.2 Service Scope

• Core game experience (character creation, turn-based gameplay, achievement system)
• Local saves (no account; core gameplay needs no network)
• Optional rewarded ads
• In-game virtual currency and rewards that cannot be purchased or redeemed for money

2. User Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

• This game is intended for users aged 12 and above
• Users under 18 should use this app with parental or guardian consent

2.2 No Account

• The Game has no accounts or sign-in; game data stays only on your device
• Keep your device safe; we cannot access, transfer, or recover your game data

3. Usage Rules

• Virtual currency and rewards cannot be purchased, transferred, sold, or redeemed for money

• Game code, design, and architecture
• User interface, graphics, and visual design
• Game rules, numerical settings, and balance
• Text content, dialogues, and instructions
• Trademarks, logos, and brand elements

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal use license
• This license is limited to personal entertainment purposes
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of this game

6. User Content

6.1 Game Data

• Your game progress and save data belong to you
• We will not disclose your game data without your consent
• We run no server that receives game data, so we cannot access or recover your game data

6.2 No Cloud Backup

• The Game offers no cloud backup or cross-device sync
• Local data is lost when you erase it, reset the device, or uninstall the app, and the Game cannot recover it for you
• iCloud or computer backups of an iOS device may include app data; those backups are managed by Apple and you

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free

• Rewarded ads will always be available

8. Advertising

• The Game offers only rewarded ads served by Google AdMob, shown only when you choose to watch one
• Ad content is determined by third parties; we are not responsible for ad content
• Ad availability does not prevent access to core gameplay

8.2 Rewarded Ads

• A completed rewarded ad grants 5 diamonds, up to 5 times per day
• Rewarded ads are optional and do not affect the core game experience

9. Service Changes and Termination

9.1 Service Changes

• We reserve the right to modify, update, or terminate this game at any time
• Significant changes update the "Last Updated" date on this page
• Continued use of this game indicates acceptance of the modified terms

9.2 Stopping Use

• You can stop at any time by uninstalling the app or using Settings → Data Management → Erase all local game data
• If you violate these terms, the license granted by them ends

11. Terms Modification
